Watercolor Wednesday Membership Terms & Policies

 

We’re so glad you’re here. Watercolor Wednesdays are meant to be a relaxed, welcoming space to create, connect, and take a little time for yourself.

 

To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please review the following:

 

Membership Overview:

Your Watercolor Wednesday Membership of $80 per month/$20 class includes one class per week during your active monthly membership period.

 

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled.

 

Attendance & Missed Classes:

Your membership reserves your spot each week, whether you attend or not.

We understand that life happens — vacations, illness, and busy schedules are part of life.

 

As a courtesy, members may request one make-up session per month, when space allows.

Missed classes beyond this do not roll over or transfer.

 

Scheduling & Class Times:

Watercolor Wednesdays are held weekly during scheduled class times.

Members are welcome to attend one session per week. Please arrive on time so you can fully enjoy the class experience.

 

Payments & Billing:

Memberships are billed monthly at the current rate at the time of signup.

Payments are processed automatically through WIX.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to recurring monthly billing until canceled.

 

Cancellations:

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to your renewal date.

No refunds or partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

 

Class Experience:

All supplies are included unless otherwise noted.

Guided instruction and design options are provided, but you are always encouraged to make your project your own.

 

This is a relaxed, supportive environment — no experience is necessary.

 

Respect & Environment:

We strive to create a welcoming and comfortable space for everyone.

Please be respectful of others, the space, and materials.

LK Art Bucket reserves the right to refuse service if necessary to maintain a positive environment.

 

Changes to Membership:

LK Art Bucket may update membership pricing, schedules, or offerings as needed and without notice.

 

Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

This membership is about more than just a class — it’s about giving yourself time to slow down, create, and enjoy the process.
