Customer Care
Store Policies
Welcome to LK Art Bucket! We want every visit to our shop and studio to be enjoyable, inspiring, and stress-free. Please review our store policies below so you know what to expect when shopping, creating, or attending workshops with us.

Shopping & Returns
-
Since all of our items are handmade, seasonal, perishable, or clearance items, all sales are final but in some circumstances we may offer in-store credit.
-
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Gift cards will only expire if the shop closes permanently.
Workshops & Classes
-
Pre-registration is required for most classes to ensure we have enough supplies and seating.
-
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may receive store credit toward another class.
-
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or credits for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
-
Classes will start on time—please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
Studio & Splatter Room
-
Walk-ins are welcome when space allows; walk-in reservations are highly recommended for groups. If a reservation has not been made, we cannot guarantee that the Splatter Room will be available.
-
Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy (we provide ponchos or full paint suits, but splatters sometimes soak through!).
-
Long hair should be tied back.
-
Splatter Room participants must sign or be named in the participation wiaver.
-
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a paid adult in the splatter room.
-
Children who attend for workshops, classes or events: Parents or guardian must stay in studio for children who are under 16 years of age.
General Store Guidelines
-
Adults may bring in outside food and beverages during workshops (unless otherwise noted). Children MUST have a parent or guardian present if there will be outside food or beverages for birthday parties.
-
Be respectful of others’ artwork and creative space.
-
Photography is welcome—please tag us when you share your creations online!
-
LK Art Bucket is a family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if behavior is disruptive.
Our Promise
